Can anyone help? I want to "ring" more quarters on Abel, and I am now confident to add compositions from complib because in case of confusion I can check the Blue Line.
However, I am completely stumped on this one, probably because my understanding of calling Stedman is way short of what it needs to be. Can anyone help by:
- recommending a website or book that explains calling Stedman (and all the different notations) for beginners
- putting me out of my misery and debugging this particular composition, taken from https://bb.ringingworld.co.uk/comp.php?id=2273663

I recently found this guide to calling Stedman which goes through the numbered calling positions: https://wiki.changeringing.co.uk/Conducting_Stedman
Maybe the bell it is called from has plain sixes before it reaches calling position one?
But I found this because I want to learn to call Stedman so I can’t be sure.
